Iranian ICT Guild Organization started its activity in July 2004 based on the Law of Support for Software Creators (approved in July 2018 by the Islamic Council) and the regulations approved by the Council of Ministers (approved in July 2018). This organization, as the largest non-governmental organization in the field of information and communication technology, with the continuous efforts of the people involved in the country's ICT industry, with the aim of regulating the relations between the private sector and the government, as well as effective participation in the organization of computer business affairs, previously in the form of the Informatics Companies Association of It has been active since 1973, and at the end of 1984, based on the approval of the Parliament and the regulations of the Board of Ministers, it continues its activity on a larger scale under the title of the Computer Trade Union Organization.

After holding the first round of elections in July 2004, the computerized trade union system with new power and capacity expanded its activities throughout the country and now has an active provincial representative in all provinces.

As one of the active members of the Computer Trade Union Organization, Chekauk Data Center has obtained its license from this organization since the beginning of its activity.
